Here's what I came up with
"As far as a weakness is concerned I would have to say it is my resistance to saying no. I have a tendency to take on multiple tasks when asked by associates for assistance when they can be spread out evenly and effectively. I feel an obligation to help whenever asked but it also expands my to-do list. "
